Gerlie M. Saura, Employee Advisory Program (EAP) Coordinator, adds to the team of professionals at the Human Relations Institute.
She will lead the daily operations of the program and coordinate the duties of counselors. The program will provide an economic return to the employer, enhance morale, and foster good employee relations. Other employees will also benefit by being part of a safer, more productive workforce. Ultimately, EAP is a productivity program to benefit employer and employee.
Specifically, it aims to develop strategies and skills in social planning, action, community management, monitoring and evaluation.
Originally from the Philippines, in De La Salle University where she studied Bachelor of Arts in Community Development Major in Community Psychology an application of scientific knowledge to alleviate socio-economic problems of individuals and communities. In 2004, Gerlie moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates and landed a career in a Government & Non-Government Management: Consulate General of the Republic of Panama and the Rotary International District 2450 / Rotary Club of Dubai.
After successful years where she demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values, passion for people and professionalism. Gerlie works with diverse populations.
